ENGLISH CLUB… YES WE ARE!!!

ENGLISH CLUB membuka pendaftaran bagi ECLUBERS yang ingin menjadi Pengurus E-CLUB 2015 – 2016. Kami mengadakan Open Recruitment yang akan diadakan dalam 2 sesi :

A.            Administration Recruitment (3 – 16 November 2014)

Persyaratan :

1.      Pendaftar adalah anggota E-CLUB semester I

2.      Mengunduh file application form di grup terbuka  facebook English Club dan blog UKM English Club (englishpolije.blogspot.com)

3.      Mengumpulkan persyaratan dalam bentuk soft file dalam 1 folder :

a.       Mengisi Form Aplikasi yang tersedia.

b.      Membuat Essay dengan tema “My Dreams to Bring The Better Future for E-CLUB” maksimal 1000 kata. Essay ditulis boleh menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris.

c.       Pas Foto Terbaru, Formal, Memakai Jas Almamater. Background polos.

4.      Mengirimkan folder berisi persyaratan dalam format .zip ke e-mail E-CLUB english.polije@gmail.com

5.      Aplikasi dikumpulkan paling lambat 16 November 2014 pukul 23:59 WIB.

B.            Walk in  Interview (21 November 2014)

1.      Wawancara dilaksanakan pada hari Jumat, 21 November 2014 pukul 13.00

2.      Para pendaftar menggunakan pakaian sopan dan bersepatu.

3.      Hasil Open Recruitment diumumkan pada Rapat Akhir Tahun UKM E-CLUB 2014-2015.
